Reno Fabulous Media is the surprising result of CEO and owner Tracy Viselli’s online publishing efforts. Also known by her pseudonym Myrna the Minx, Viselli has been experimenting with blogs since 2005, beginning with Reno and Its Discontents. Reno and Its Discontents averages 7000 weekly visits (according to Google Analytics) by a largely local, affluent audience.

Tracy Viselli is an online media strategist, blogger, political activist, and entrepreneur. As Myrna the Minx, Viselli has been raising hell for years at her political placeblog Reno and Its Discontents ,but her online media exploits extend far beyond Reno, Nevada. Viselli is a blogging activist who created Can I Get A Link Please? to serve as a space in which independent bloggers can discuss media accountability. She also satirizes America’s cultural obsession with organization at Clutter Love. Viselli is a contributor on Women in Media and News, The Political Voices Of Women, and her online work has been discussed by a variety of national and international media outlets including; the UK TimesOnline, Politico, Huffington Post, National Journal, Hotline, PBS’ Media Shift, the Reno Gazette-Journal and the Reno News & Review. She is also a member of Women In Politics and Technology (WIPT), WomenWhoTech, and Women, Action & The Media (WAM!).
Viselli earned an M.A. in Teaching Writing and Literature at George Mason University and has spent most of her career working in technology management, strategic planning, and assessment in higher education. In her newest day job, Viselli uses her online expertise with social media as a Senior Manager at QuinStreet Media. She is one of those lucky bloggers who actually landed a job because of her blogging.
